Well-funded engineering company headquartered in  Salt Lake City, UT, needs Senior Account Manager in Utah, to bring in and manage new Sales and existing Client Relationships. This company offers custom engineering solutions. Candidate will be responsible for Customer Relationship Management of inherited consumer electronics accounts plus land new electronics accounts.  
•Must have previous experience with consumer electronics and understanding of high volume manufacturing. Will consult with and advise customers regarding products and services of custom designed solutions according to client needs.  
•Candidate needs to be a highly motivated individual with proven success in electronics marketplace.  Responsible for achieving quarterly/annual sales goals, support developing distribution channels, build strategic business relationship, and provide vision for all sales strategies and execution. Ability to negotiate sales and contracts and follow-up Customer Relationship Management (CRM).  Reports to Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
•7-12 years sales and account management or other relevant experience.
•BS/BA degree or equivalent.
•Travel: 35-50%.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Leads existing regional Client Relationships in daily activities associated with driving Sales and Customer Engagement functions
•Manages new sales initiatives across multiple sectors for regional and worldwide Sales across numerous customer sectors including consumer electronics, automation, industrial and medical device markets
•Experience in consumer electronics and high-volume manufacturing in named sectors with comprehensive sales management skills in Salesforce and CRM applications
•Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbally
•Leads documentation including NDA’s, Estimates, Quotes and Manufacturing Contracts and Agreements (MSA’s)
•Coordinates with Marketing for Pipeline Qualification and Account Management

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Required
•Bachelor’s or Business Administration equivalent degrees with a minimum of 7-12 years’ experience in a related field or related on job experience
•Must demonstrate ability to professionally document and communicate effectively across entire Sales Team
•Experience and working knowledge of client sectors
•Hard working, enthusiastic, disciplined, detail and results oriented
•Good communications skills, both oral and written
•Demonstrated ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
•Self-starter, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
•Proficiency in MS Office Suites
•Local Utah candidates only

Preferred
•Experience with regional, national and worldwide Sales Teams
•Experience with Salesforce and Client Management support applications
•Experience with Customer sectors and world-class manufacturing
•Experience with closing world-class Customers across multiple sectors
