We are looking a Recruiter that will be a solid contributor and leader. This individual will manage and drive the full recruitment process cycle from creating robust pipelines by actively sourcing through multiple channels, screening resumes, interviewing, and closing candidates, all while working with hiring managers to improve processes. An ambitious self-starter, someone who thrives under high pressure, with exceptional communication skills and a crazy work ethic will succeed in this position.

Recruiter will Aggressively build a pipeline of top candidates by sourcing through multiple channels. Interview and qualify potential candidates to ensure they fit the Company culture. Partner with leadership and work cross functionally to understand requirements and iterate on current processes. Represent the company with integrity and professionalism. Enable the field offices to recruit by planning recruiting events, buzz in the communities in which we are recruiting, and drive candidates to our doorstep.

Required skills: Excellent verbal and communication skills. Self-driven and highly motivated. Must be extremely diligent and detail oriented. Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment. Bachelor degree in Human Resources or similar; experience will be considered in lieu of degree. 3-5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sourcing for technical/non-technical candidates through multiple
channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.) Experience working with and maintaining accurate documentation in an ATS. Must have experience recruiting either high volume (call center) or blue collar employees e.g. Electricians, installers, warehouse employees, truck drivers etc
