We are specifically looking for someone with 7 years’ extensive experience and an in-depth understanding of IT development processes, including investigation, enhancement, design, implementation, and support. 
 
Job Description
The Sites Manager is responsible for managing the service to all of the company’s websites. They would ensure the efficiency of production, security, accessibility, brand continuity, and usability of sites that are constructed and hosted on its platform.  The Sites Manager will develop strategies for the service to ensure its viability. The manager will chair the Sites Steering Committee, developing guidelines and direction related to standards compliance, platform, tools, and criteria for inclusion in all Sites.  The manager will also work with the Web Advisory Board and the web community to develop templates, plugins, tools, and other elements to improve the value of the service offering.  Further, the manager will advocate the use of Sites within the community by providing training, capacity building, and content strategy guidance. This position will have a major impact on initiatives associated with web security, regulatory and policy compliance, accessibility, brand consistency, and overall functionality of all associated.
 
Education and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities have been acquired.
This position also requires a minimum of 7 years’ extensive experience and an in-depth understanding of IT development processes, including investigation, enhancement, design, implementation, and support.
