Propose articles and other content that are aligned with a client’s overall content strategy
Take ownership of each content asset you are assigned and see it through to publication
Be able to articulate strategic messaging for content assets in form of content brief
Conduct SME interviews
Ensure that the client is aligned, and provide direction to the writer
Assign writers and provide the necessary direction for them to produce clean, valuable content
Edit articles and provide feedback for revisions to writers
Direct production of any visual/interactive elements
Meet with clients on a weekly basis to provide updates on individual articles
Always represent in a positive light to clients and contractors
Write some articles as assigned
Meet all deadlines

5 years of experience
Bachelor’s degree in public relations, or related field (Not Required)
Expertise/experience in high tech and/or financial services (Specifically funding, investing, private banking)
Experience with enterprise-level organizations (through employee or client relationship)
Background in strategic communications
Excellent editing skills – for the big picture message as well as the small details; this is more important than being a great writer
Basic knowledge of design fundamentals (You will be required to manage projects that have visual elements and possibly produce editorial content for creative audiences)
