You would be required to work on site, in the Provo office, 9-5 M-F
 
The Role
We are looking for a creative and business minded individual to plan and execute on our marketing. This role is to develop and execute a marketing strategy with our consumers and corporate clients. This is a great opportunity to be both strategic and hands on.
 
Responsibilities:
Develop and drive marketing activities and develop marketing strategy and marketing plan including concrete solutions for marketing projects.
Research demand for brand products and services with knowledge of competitive landscape and effectively evaluating potential clients and customers.
Build brand awareness and positioning, using cost effective tools and approach
Support sales and lead generation efforts.
Identify and organize conferences, trade shows, and speaking engagements for executives.
Oversee social media marketing strategy and the agency’s websites.
Lead the organization Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies and efforts with a focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and generating digital leads.
Manage social media presences including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube;
Manage current business intelligence metrics and reports for lead generation.
Create multi-channel digital campaign (Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Remarketing, Facebook PPC, external media buys and content marketing). Preferably Google AdWords qualified.
Website content management including copy writing, editing, publishing. Ensure website stays updated in line with yield, campaign and other business requirements.
Weekly Reporting to senior management - including analysis using Google Analytics and other internally collected digital data.
 
Required Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or related major, or equivalent related experience
3 years of digital marketing experience, including Social Media
5 years hands on experience managing SEO and SEM strategies
Proficient in the use of Apple, Office, Outlook, Google Analytics and HTML
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Self-starter and able to juggle multiple tasks concurrently
Relationship development skills and experience
Ability to operate within a defined budget
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Ability to travel for events 15% of the time
