Inside Sales –Sandy, Utah

This sales specialist will be responsible for working with current dealers, to reach out on behalf of them, to their existing customer and explain the benefits of upgrading their current products. They will be responsible for following up with both parties and assist in all aspects of the sales process.

ITEMIZED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
This team will have two main areas of focus:

·      This is a entry level business to consumer telemarketing position; the representative will contact dealers to offer their services of contacting their existing users

·      Transactional focus, comfortable with a quota carrying position.

·      Frequent contact with manager.

·      Learn the full range of Company solutions and can articulate to consumers how these products and services align to their automation needs.

·      Explains high level solutions, industry, and market facts to position company as a competitive solution.

·      Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process.

NEEDED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Great verbal communications skills.
• Experience with Salesforce
• Self-motivated
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity are a must
• Need to be familiar with computers and technology and comfortable using the Microsoft Windows operating system, Microsoft Outlook, and Salesforce
• Must be open to receiving constructive criticism (feedback), applying, and integrating the feedback in an effort to improve their results.
• Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions.
• Knowledge can be demonstrated either through direct experience or similar experiences through internships.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven customer service skills, sales experience.
• Sound decision-making and analytical skills, drive and desire to succeed.
• Experience with CRM databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
