Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for a very experienced recruiter/sourcer to support the recruiting strategy for high level positions for both faculty and staff employees.
This position reports to the Recruiting Director and works with a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinator to support the hiring needs throughout the client. The recruiter/sourcer is responsible for supporting the President of the client on all hiring needs in the attracting and onboarding top talent.
The successful candidate will:
Build a pipeline of strong leadership candidates
Work with HR leadership to coordinate recruiting activities with company-wide goals and objectives and metrics
Ensure professional relationships exist with internal and external customers, employment contacts and agencies/firms
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
Ability to identify and attract top performing professionals at the VP and Executive level
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with recruiting, HR team members, client personnel, and with management
Understand the business – represent client to perspective employees, external agencies and partners
Provide creative thinking on innovative approaches to recruiting and sourcing
Complete other duties as assigned
Effectively complete administrative responsibilities (i.e. scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel and ensuring they have a positive experience with client)

Required Skill and Competencies:
Experience recruiting at the VP and Exec level
7-10 years recruiting experience overall
Excellent sourcing skills
Experience working with Search Firms
Full life cycle recruiting
Top notch professionalism
Has a network they can draw upon from a search perspective
