Business Development Manager – Sandy, Utah, Base salary plus UNCAPPED COMMISSION*
 
The Business Development Manager roles and responsibilities include; seeking out and developing relationships with hiring managers at companies, establishing trust, and effectively selling Professional Recruiters services.
 
Essential Functions:
  • Responsible to actively cultivate and maintain sales pipeline.
  • Understand all service offerings to effectively communicate and present to clients and prospects.
  • Maintain relationships with prospects and client companies.
  • Study, prepare and understand market. Be prepared to provide analysis, competitor analysis and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain a well-coordinated internal relationship with key decision makers within the client organizations.
  • Manage and provide assistance in managing or maintaining accounts with strategic clients.
  • Works closely with the internal recruiting team in order to maintain continuous knowledge of client’s current and changing needs in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the client.
  • Communicates the client's goals and represents the client's interests to the team.
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and internal team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
 
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, College degree preferred
  • Previous experience Account Management in a corporate, Recruiting, IT Consulting or staffing environment
  • Previous experience in sales or service-based industry is preferred

  • Proven success in business to business selling as well as proven skills required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Technical competence (understand of recruiting, staffing, consulting, training, etc)
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
 
It is expected the BizDev Manager will:
  • Originate 30+ outbound calls marketing calls daily
  • Set up 4-5 on-site meetings with clients for new job orders weekly
  • Generate 4-5 new job orders/clients monthly
